This is an amazingly well cast , directed and acted series that brings up many tough issues, the main one being how badly does an impending natural disaster impact on all members of a family and indeed a society as a whole. I guess it’s part wake-up call and part a very serious look at how in the western world we have so damn little idea of currently how lucky we are and so little idea of how much we can and could be losing if we don’t take climate change seriously, really seriously like Greta Thurnberg urges us to. It’s also a series that stresses as people love is really the thing that binds us and matters most. And it does do very beautifully.
