SPOILERS Pretty average movie. Kind of sick of all spideys villains having something to do with Tony Stark. Vulture became vulture because he was pissed off at Tony Stark and the avengers. Mysterio does the exact same thing. The love scene with MJ of course comes right at the end, it’s extremely frustrating not entertaining seeing Peter not be able to do anything with her. Fight scenes pop out of nowhere and ruin good moments. Tons of CGI in this movie so it looks like a cartoon most of the time. Some more practical work would be nice. Spidey doesn’t have to be the next Iron Man. This movie tries to push that on us but spidey could barely beat vulture and mysterio. Meanwhile he was fighting Thanos and the Chitauri the last two avengers movies. Inconsistent strength. A movie taking place only in New York with more low stakes would be nice. Homecoming was miles better.
