This show is outstanding especially if you have any experience with the struggles and challenges of inner city life and inner city youth. It was cleverly done. I saw some of the other reviews. I guess those that were born in the 70’s (which I was in 1970) tend to have a great deal of unconscious bias. Which is fine; to each his/her own. The writing and storyline was excellent. It’s on par with the recent Daredevil / Kingpin and a few others. It’s very edgy and it’s analogous to the challenges and maturation process of a young person who grew up in that environment.
