A film with such potential but a total disappointment. Apart from Jack O'Connell, the acting, in my opinion, was poor. This film completely failed to capture the period in history it tried to represent. I'd go so far as to say it made a mockery of it. There was nothing likeable or memorable about any of the characters, lacking in depth and substance. A sanitised and overproduced portrayal of the Mississippi Blues era. Such a shame.
