If you ever played hours and hours of such games when the game becomes life itself, When the virtual landscape becomes your world and your guild becomes your family. When the virtual becomes your reality.. then this movie will definitely absolutely touch you to your core. It's a lens into someone else's gaming life, except for him, it's the only life that matters. Yet I see a great deal of my experience from his, I wasn't terminally ill yet I see the virtual world as my escape from my truth, a relief from reality.. which for me was as necessary as it was for ibelin, and for sure for most gamers too. This movie is a great ode to the old MMO format from way back, very reminiscent of the old times, that is why of all the recent movies I've watched, this one made me cry the most. Not just because of ibelin's story but him somehow telling my story too.

A powerful memorable slice of a man's life in his peak moment of grief. It's restrained yet rageful, escaping yet inescapable. it's a Paradox of defeat, when something is unshaken. And yet in the end, his mundane life moves on, no fancy plot, just like everyone else's piece of existence.
