My husband and I are dismayed by the firing of Chris Matthews. In a time of political crisis in the United States with impact on the global community, to silence the voice of an intelligent, outspoken proponent of the truth is a disgrace. Perhaps the NBC organization will come to its collective senses and find a way to return him to the public. His firing is almost enough to question NBC's unbiased view of current events. We have been listening and watching him for many years and will miss him at 7PM. Roberta Young
