800 Flowers just can’t get my order right. I sent a holiday bouquet to family and the order arrived a day early, unannounced, no card to indicate who sent it. A neighbor Informed my family there were flowers in the driveway. Not to mention the arrangement did not remotely resemble the arrangement I selected. The chat rep offered a replacement order offering a Santa vase and cookies which I declined. This was not appropriate for the recipient. Then an autumn arrangement was offered and which I too declined as the order was intended for Christmas. We agreed on 18 red and white roses be sent as a replacement. What arrived, unannounced and with no card, was the Santa option and it was so pitiful. 800 Flowers wanted to try a third time however I asked for a refund instead. At this point my live chat rep evaporated. Customer service is below one star for me.
