⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨ (4.5/5)
After a long wait, the Plushie Crew returned to Nevermore for Wednesday Season 2—and it didn’t disappoint. From the opening episode, the Crew could tell this season was darker, bolder, and more emotionally charged. Jenna Ortega once again carried the show with her sharp, deadpan brilliance, and Winny 🐻 and Willow 🐉 praised how her character gained new emotional depth without losing her signature bite. Tails 🦊 admired the expanded gothic world-building and visual flair, saying the cinematography “looked like a fairytale painted in ink.” Sunny 🌞 and Sweet 🍯 loved how Wednesday and Enid’s friendship continued to shine, calling their dynamic “the heart that keeps Nevermore beating.”
Kuromi 😈 was all in on the deeper Addams Family lore and darker aesthetic this season—calling it “pure gothic indulgence.” But Mimikyu 👻, Amy 💖, and Lala 🎀 noted that the mystery got a bit tangled this time, with too many subplots and a few pacing dips. They agreed, though, that the humor, character arcs, and visuals still made it an addictive watch.
Overall, Wednesday Season 2 keeps the eerie charm alive while raising the emotional stakes. It’s not as tight as Season 1, but its ambition and style make it another hauntingly fun chapter in the Addams legacy. 🖤🕸️
