As much as I love the challenges posed by this show and Jr., I would love to see a show about physically challenged or handicapped people competing also. Kind of like the Special Olympics of Masterchef. I believe that it would be inspiring to those that have disabilities to be able to see others with similar challenges compete. Of course I think it would not be fair to pit able bodied people against those with disabilities (i.e. wheelchairs ) but a show celebrating the capabilities of the disabled would be awesome, in my humble opinion.
