As a working mom, and a woman, this show is horrible. From how the nanny's are treated, to how women judge each other, it continues to exploit the same old stereotypes and doesn't actually address what being a mom and working is all about. It's as if they're still pretending to be working "adults" and the kid is an extra prop. The worst offense, it's not even funny. Trite jokes and overused set-ups. Try dealing with issues like formula vs breastmilk (they're both wonderful and no one should feel judged), women with postpartum depression and adjusting to going back to work with more sensitivity and honesty.
