My wife and I enjoyed watching this series immensely, especially Season 1, which had many gold nuggets in store. However, by Season 3 they must have changed some of the writing team, if not all of it. We wonder whether some internal politics had contaminated what started off as a perfect recipe. A better lead into the show's final season after the death of Luis Daniel would have been to place Eva as the new leader of the team, with her unknown father trying to sabotage her every step, and not a complete removal of her rightful place within the team. There is more, but I will cut to the chase by saying: When you kill a character that the audience has grown to know intimately... you kill the whole Show. We loved the quirkiness and mystique behind each character, and this was the glue that kept it all together for your viewers. Remove that, and your ratings start to slide and then plummet. Who changed the excellent recipe of the Show it had started off with? Crossing Lines is a great concept, worthy of much respect, but it is clear to see why latter ratings could not resuscitate the series.
