I read the Indian Express’s review of this documentary. They said that the producers failed to portray the strength of the bond between the father and his daughter, and the importance of that bond in the outcome of the case. I don’t agree. I cried with pride for this father’s victory, for his daughter’s courage, for the mother’s resilience, for the relief on the entire family’s faces when they were beyond the verdicts, and for the loss I feel when thinking of my own late father whom I truly believe loved me as much as this man does his own daughter. The producers absolutely did not fail to convey this, to me at least. This family took the greatest hit, so that others could follow in their footsteps. God bless them all.
