Really informative and well written book about agave spirits; the history, production and what makes mezcal/tequila unique. Plus some interesting recipes and suggestions to try. The accompanying beautiful photography and illustrations make this a gorgeous book and an enjoyable read reflecting the spirit of Mexico.
