Sadly, The Flash ended up being a huge disappointment. While parts of the story had potential, it's hard to enjoy with so many issues. The movie doesn't connect well with previous projects like Man of Steel, as now you just get a little desert fight in this alternate universe which looks ridiculous. The end was a bit confusing, as to how this movie connects to the next projects or what it wants to achieve. During some key scenes where big names show up, the CGI is just so bad, you can't even appreciate who you see!! It does feel that this move was a victim of change of directions and story. Unfortunately WB has been changing directions and story lines half way through filming on many of the projects, sealing the fate of this universe.
