I played the video game back on playstation3 when it first came out. Have been a huge fan since then. When I heard they were making it into a tv Show I was more than excited to see the characters come to life. The video game is a horrific apocalyptic adventure that takes you for a ride you can never forget. The show however is not like that at all. I think the writers missed what was mostly important to this type of story. Everyday is a blessing to be alive. The horrors awaiting outside the protection of towns and city’s are the worst and if you get found out by enemies or the undead, your death is a gruesome one to say the least. Usually an enemy will just shoot you but some times they will gut you as well as any of the infected that find you. The horrors they do to you like taking ur face and ripping it off are stuff of nightmares. This television show has been tuned down even for HBO which usually they go all out on some great tv shows. Needless to say I was disappointed first season and this second season is just horrible. Only reason I gave it two stars is because I’m a fan of the video game. Where’s the action and adventure for this tv show??? What happened?!?!
