Long drawn out string of opinions and presumptions with little empirical backing.
I spent most of the time wishing the author would "get to the point", when he did, it became obvious that he was discounting what he considered others "myths" to supplant them with more contemporary pseudoscientific "myths".
Quite a boring trudge really.
