I just watched the Panthers/Detroit game, and I am absolutely appalled at the announcers. I've been watching hockey for 60 years and tonight's announcers chatted throughout the game without calling plays nor showing any enthusiasm whatsoever. Perhaps they didn't know the players names nor the rules of hockey, it was more like a chatty talk show. Disgusting.
