Read this book. I'm trying to leave politics out of my comment. I don't want to sound snarky. This comment reflects my personal feelings about much of we read about in the news. But for me, these true accounts of frightening and current day malfeasance on the part of prosecutors, judges, and law enforcement officials have given me, personally, a deeper understanding of how an uninformed and gullible public can be tricked into believing just about anything, no matter how preposterous.
