Cast nailed it, beautiful plot. I just feel as if the movie should have been more book accurate. The casting for Johnny as Ralph Macchio was perfect. He did a wonderful job portraying Johnny. I’d also say that Diane lane, Sherri Valance was also fantastic. This movie definitely brings me back to nostalgic memories. And it also is a emotional rollercoaster at the same time.

Absolutely underrated. It deserves more recognition. The animation is perfect, I think more movies should include that type of animation. But, I have one complaint. It was hard to tell if the child was day dreaming or it was his reality. I think that is up to the audience to decipher. You can view the movies perspective in any way. Space is interesting. Many movies fail to capture my attention, but this movie definitely had me captivated.
