if my existence in this meaningless world would be a video game, it would be this one. very morbid yet this game explores the feelings of loneliness and depressive episodes in a way that could stick with u for a while. from little things to the way the character interacts with those around him, it helps u feel less alone and feel feelings which we usually bottle up... deep storyline and amazing goals, difficult but it’s real. the music is beautiful. i especially like the contrasts between the pixel art and the high quality photographs. this game sends a message, a really strong one,, it’s brilliant and conveys that message perfectly. it’s probably one of the best games i’ve ever played, and i can say that confidently.
