The media went wild over this film. Media saying it shows Empowerment to woman and being dominant and in control. Watching this film all I could witness is a bunch of selfish entitled woman . All they could see was their own entitlement and their own well being. In the film it was questioned ; where do all the Ken’s stay?-answer I don’t know? When Ken visits the so called real world and noticed how men has more power , Ken was over the moon . He went back to Barbie land to change the scenario of male dominance. And made all the Barbie’s into slaves for men . Ken dolls took over the palaces where Barbie sleeps Barbie returns to Barbie land with all the male dominance change . Barbie sulks like a spoilt child not getting her way. After the earth lady encouraged words to Barbie , Barbie then went to get all the other Barbie’s out of the trance they are in and then tried to cause a rift amongst the Ken dolls . In the end , Barbie admitted that she needs help to find herself. Barbie returns to the real world- not to find a job , but to have physiological help. Thousands of woman are raving this film as a woman power film. This for me;is just too much greedy power . It’s saying , there is no happy medium with Ken and Barbie living together. At the end of the film . all the Barbie’s are back to being the dominant species and Ken dolls back to being in the background. Apart from the main character Barbie who needed physiological help from the real world.

Just watch this film in cinema I was so looking forward to this film of wonka. I grew up watching/ reading Charlie and the chocolate factory and always with fantasy and enjoyment Then Jonny depp made a film based on this book, this film was fantastic what an inspiration. Loved the film Then wonka came out, I really had high hopes. What a disappointment. I found it boring Alll the actors put the heart to this film, but to me it was just such a boring storyline, you had ronan Atkinson in the film, he was so dull, where was his acting?his humour, he did not suit this film, There was no laughter like you see him in other films You had the ompa played by Hugh grant,again a wrong character to play an oompa . it was dull and just wasn’t magical like you see in both Charlie and chocolate factory I would not recommend watching this film, I did fall asleep in cinema as it did not keep me entertained. A lot of new songs and the only original song was sang at the end ,”come with me, let your imagination grow”. This was the best part of the film when they sang this song A lot of children in the cinema was getting board and playing up. Would I recommend this film ? No I wish I could write a new story line for Charlie and the chocolate factory - wonka as I would have put a lot more story line to this film. Or I just wish Disney got their hands on this plot and made their magic
