Watching this show regularly. It was good Just now watched the season 12 episode 45. It was sad to see the way Indian street pani puri prepared, served and judged. Puri shuld be puffed to ball, Pani and filling masala should be prepared seperately. It is while serving ruptured the puri to make a hole in top and then added filling.. filled with pani... and should put it as whole in mouth and have... Its a great tasty street food.. crispy puri with masala filling and pani ( prepared in water with balanced taste sour, spice and sweet in which the taste is being varied as per preference). Its sad to hear comment for such a dish as a stale biscuit. Even the judge with travelling experience also not aware of the dish. Please take note of this to avoid such recurrences.
