Since long I have been thinking to write a detailed article concerning extremely dirty conditions of Hawalaats in police stations. Police should be humanitarian. As this book confirms my knowledge of innocent persons remaining behind the bars for years and years without hearing their cases in courts. It is nothing but cruelly by the State upon its citizens. So I should be empowered to write not an article but a book concerning Human beings and Punishments. May Allah bless me to embrace good.
