Two stars for the actors. The plot seemed interesting at first, but went nowhere. There were scenes of animal cruelty, which I find disturbing, nauseating and unnecessary. The neighborhood characters were cartoon wacky and the husband an unlikeable liar. I still watched the whole season because a friend recommended it. I wish I wouldn't have bothered. There were no answers and nothing was resolved at the end of season 1.
