It was a decent movie, explains the origins and so forth. (even though it's different form the comics)

Gives a powerful message about self-worth, that's it. Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury basically carried a large chunk of the movie. Brie Larson did her best with the limited range she's allowed. She didn't really make Carol Danvers, A.K.A. Captain Marvel, a very likable character. Ben Mendelsohn as the Skrull, Talos was more likable. Graphic was basic for some parts until the Space fight near the end the it improved. It does has some humor to offset some of the bland. It was heartwarming to see the final cameo of beloved Stan Lee. It's not at the Top 10 of superhero movies (let alone Marvel Movie) but I'd say it's in the middle of the list.
