Just incredible. The game play is super fun and it's quite possibly one of the most straight-up beautiful games I've ever played. The Blade Runner vibes are strong with this one. Add to this a sort of brutal callousness - innocents fleeing for their lives as gangsters start shoot-outs in waiting rooms, casual surgery, legalized slavery - and the worldbuilding is really top notch.
