In all honesty, I watched the show because I was a fan of Jackson Yee, a member of TFBOYS. I honestly didn't really expect much from him and the show in general. But his acting blew me away. Whoo ! He improved a lot from his previous shows. And of course, Zhou Dongyu's acting was phenomenal, as always. Her eyes were so expressive and when she cried, I cried along with her. My only gripe was that the bully's acting, Zhou Ye, was a tad exaggerated at times, which kinda made me feel like she was just playing a caricature of a bully. However, it is her first acting role so I guess it is understandable. The rest of the cast were splendid as well, I quite liked the mother's acting.
