My father and I played this together and loved it. We loved the characters and the overall customization and character design. It really felt like you were playing a South Park episode or a multiple episode part(like the imagination land episodes.) Overall just a really good game with good combat unlike their newest release of South Park: Snow Day! Which I did not like as much as this game. The Fractured But Whole was a good combat game and had a more open world. The combat was so much more fun than that of the 3d Combat where you actually have to fight rather than just simply picking an ability and watching it happen. I much rather preferred this game also because of your allies. In this game you can choose which allies you want to fight with. It is also your choice what you want them to do also. What I mean by this is that in South Park: Snow Day, your allies are either random CPU(if your friends don’t have the game) or friends. Most of the time the CPU allies just stand in a corner and die to a random kindergartner. While in this game you can control your allies and make them do certain abilities based on which character(s) it is you chose to fight with. Overall after my father and I played both games I much rather prefer this game. It hit all the right places including, a better story, a better combat system, a better character design and development, and finally a better ally fighting system. Overall I would suggest play South Park: The Stick of Truth, then play the Fractured But Whole. And if you so desire you can also play Snow Day but I do not highly recommend it.
