Review menu icon Profile image grace b 4 days ago This show is amazing. it’s is truly heart touching and intriguing. the acting is amazing and this show truly is in my top 10 favorites. it truly shows the struggle of what gay teens go through and it is an amazing representation of the lgbtq+ community and their struggles to come out and express themselves. it also is a great representation of different struggles that different classes and family’s have to go through. this show is truly amazing and i would 100% recommend it to literally anyone! if you haven’t watched it already you definitely should, but have your tissues ready cause this show will get ur emotions going! cant wait to see what they could do with a second season or maybe more! the acting was amazing and had me feel a type of way about i show that i haven’t felt in a while. the way the characters were portrayed was perfect and the emotions showed were more realistic then my own😂. not only did they represent the lgbtq+ community very well it also represented the autistic community. this show shows what can go on between closed doors and is an amazing representation of teenagers. i loved the costumes and the colors each person wore. the cooler tones represented the darker sort of sadder times while during the happier moments there were brighter colors and lighting which really just brought me closer to the show. i watched the entire season in a day and when i would put it down i was so excited to pick it back up again. this show really pulls you in snd gets you connected to the characters. there’s someone for everyone to relate to. it represents the feeling of friendship, longing to be like others, and shows things such as dealing with substance abuse in the family and dealing with mental illnesses. i love this show entirely too much and i’m hoping there will be a season two because i just can’t get enough of this story! loved the show. it’s a 10/10 for me.
