The movie has a good plot. The only place where it loses the points is that the first half of the movie is pretty stretched. Only towards the last 30 minutes, the plot begins to experience remarkable twists and turns. Although the story is good, the last twist was unnecessary in my point of view. The objective of the movie was done justice with. Bhumi Pednekar's acting did justice to the character as well. If you are wondering about going ahead and watching the movie, I would say yes, if you have some patience. Its not exactly a horror movie (depends upon your perspective after watching the last scene). Durgamati is a movie based on incidents that probably take place in our country for the worse.
Overall, it is a one time watch. May be dragged but it's worth the wait.
