If you are a hardcore mafia fan then this is your game. Unfortunately this game follows the classic Mafia storytelling forcing you into missions with little freedom. I’ve paid £55 for the definitive edition on ps5. It’s 2025 and yet the developers decided to build this game the classic style storytelling. Also to mention the additional items you gain such as vehicles, weapons and outfits, you barely get to use them during your gameplay. Every single time you set a weapon choice to add to your characters loadout it’s always taken away from you ayer the mission is completed. To be honest I had higher hopes for this game, hoped it would be somewhat more entertaining and exciting. Hoped would be somewhat like red dead redemption how you have freedom within the game. Yet I spent 20hrs playing a mediocre combat style knife fighting and boring shootout missions. I don’t see myself replaying it or try to archive 100% as it is not a game I feel addicted to in anyway. Definitely going to the game library and never get played again.
