Plainly a lot of hype was given because it is a Vijay movie, it wasn't worth the hype Didn't meet expectations at all Not up to Vikram and Kaithi standards, 1st half was lokesh kanagaraj's 2nd half was blunt and wasn't interesting, it was evident that he was Leo The car chase VFX was very of a low standard whereas the beginning hyena VFX was good I really have no clue why it had such a huge cast, great directors Mysskin and Anurag Kashyap were given very small roles with no weightage and were killed immediately Anirudh's BGM was good and I liked how they connected the movie to LCU with Napoleon from Kaithi and Vikram planning to team with Leo in the end Overall - 5.6/10 If you are a die hard Vijay fan, you can watch with some interest and might like it If you aren't a Vijay fan, please don't bother about it It would have gone for a huge toss if it was any other actor

it is the worst movie i have seen so far the story is horrible these type of movies are meant only for being directed by Hollywood in the name of twist, they gave themselves a bad remark

Maanadu is totally an amazing movie !! The director Venkat prabhu surely did work with blood and sweat dripping. The movie had totally different mind set and a set of very unique thoughts. From the 1 second to the last second of the movie, you would completely be entertained and you will surely want to see the movie again in a time loop like the movie. The music itself dominated sometimes, it totally suited the villain and the hero. Especially hats off to SJ Surya's acting ! Completely distinctive. Be careful when watching because, it will BLOW YOUR MIND !

it is the same regular story "hero himself finds the person who killed one of his family members" really boring
