It's a terribly confusing movie. I get it, it's meant to be deep and meaningful to make you think, but in reality there is not enough logic behind it to make a cohesive point.
The majority of the plot and exposition is done through long scenes of awkward talking from one character to the next. The visuals and are interesting but take a backseat to the long drawn out confusion that is "what's happening?" throughout the movie.
It seems this was based on a book which leads me to ask, why should I have to read the book to understand the movie? In the end, this movie is just a poorly thought out thinker of a movie with no plot. It would have been better as a podcast.
