This show brought me to tears and filled me with even further appreciate for the strength of God. I connected so heavily with the characters who doubt and fear when it comes to a higher power. You do not need to be Christian to relate to the character and conviction of David. He is courageous but he is human. He stands up for what he believes in. I found it to be a beautiful message that the strength God and love can provide in times when one may feel there is no hope left. I wish for people both Christian or not to watch this with an open mind and heart. I hope they will look at the bigger picture and appreciate the story for what it is. A story of hope and bravery and faith. Aside from the message of the story, the show is very well done. The actors are all believable and every moment has you wanting to know what's next - even if you already know the story from the Bible. I haven't been this invested in a show in a very long time. I almost didn't even watch it but I am very glad I did.
