The lead role would have been 1000% better if the role was portrayed by an actual trans man, not a woman who doesn’t even pass as a man at all and doesn’t know the first thing about being a trans man lol The a*al sex scene between the “trans man” and their wife was weird as hell. The rest of the cast was great. The series was okay but I cringed every time Alex appeared on screen. As soon as I realized Mae Martin created this show, I instantly knew it was going to be nothing but gay community. So many lesbians and bisexuals, which is fine but having a show every now and then that isn't about being woke or lgbt related would be cool too.
