To review honestly, this drama I find it frustrating, disappointing and engaging at the same time. It is like a love and hate relationship going on. At times I wanted to just stop watching, but I would change my mind because I was curious how it will all turn out. I am disappointed with how the characters will find resolution, but while the audience is still basking in that happy feeling, another painful tragedy is also happening at the same time leaving me devastated every time making me want to stop altogether. Also, characters are not relatable except for yeol wol she is the only practical and relatable character and also the blood boiling antagonist. These characters were the only ones relatable and very well defined all throughout. The others are always changing and acting uncharacteristicaly and unrasonably all throughout making me dislike the characters altogether. One thing is for sure re watching it is a no-no for me. Not a feel good movie that is for sure.

This story is very good and the series but the ending is just so horrible. There was no fulfillment of the vision so promised in the beginning. It is like toiling through all seasons with no audience reward at the end.

I like the interesting romance development that got me hooked all through episode 9. But dropped in because I am rooting for Yejin ang Seung Chan. I wanted a different kind of love story I thought this was something different unexpected, young man falling for an older woman. They had so many romantic chances together only to crumble at the end. I feel so bad for Seung Chan making so much effort for Yejin only to end up with the other guy. So Disappointed 😞

Not my lowest score for this drama, but yes the other reviews were right that the story is good and has potential but the execution is terrible and I am not talking about the sfx. There are wasteful scenes where no one is talking and doing anything for too long which confuses the audience A pause for emotional effect is good, but leaving it there for too long, will confuse the audience. There were also scenes when someone asks the other and the response was too long, it makes me think that there is something wrong with the characters' head, I mean a normal person will answer right away and this was on normal, not heavy conflict scenes. So, it gives you the impression that the characters are morons who do not answer when asked in normal situations. There were also unnecessary scenes that do not compliment or connect the events that come after. These could have been edited out or not taken at all. I had to painfully skip through all of it! I demand a remake as this story deserves a good execution.

Sorry to all that gave this a high rating but this was too realistic for me. I think the point of watching is to make the things you desire come alive in front of you and escape the sad reality that everyone is already living everyday. Kudos to those who have happy lives that they can appreciate stories like this.

1000 stars! I agree this is absolutely perfect. From beginning to end it is just remarkably very well written. Casting is very very very good! They were perfect for their roles. The characters are consistent, reasonable, realistic, relatable and absolutely likeable. My tears will not stop but will also make you laugh. No boring episode at all. Very engaging and satisfying. This will remind every married couple their humble, romantic beginnings. Worth re-watching.

Absolutely amazing! Story is great and very engaging, the characters are lovable and relatable. They made me stay on the edge, but without feeling devastated or annoyed. Soundtrack is great too, casting is awesome. Worth watching from beginning to end. No regrets. It gives the audience the feeling of resolution and contentment for everything, like a puzzle coming together to give you peace, gratification and closure.

I am late watching this as this was way back 2019 recently added in Netflix. The first episode was dragging and boring I almost removed in from my row, but when Lee Dong Wok emerged in Ep 2 ( I forwarded it and skipped the 1st episode almost entirely). I was intrigued how he will change my perception after watching Goblin, Touch my Heart and Tale of Nine Tails of his character, as the romantic leading man, into a scary, sinister character. True enough he did not disappoint and I am hooked. I am just at Ep 5 and hoping for his character development throughout. Maybe, he can get another role like this in the future.

I'm just on ep 6 and Lee Hee-Joon is just outstanding! I feel like giving him a standing ovation while I was watching. To the TV crime fans out there, this is a must see for you. This show deserves an award. The story, cast, set, mood and pacing is just perfect!

I am starting to watch this and in just episode 1, i am so infuriated with the villain that get me thinking if there is truly an evil person like this in real life! I have a feeling this is going to be a very good series 👏
