If you hated the first one, or just haven't seen it, sure. If you wanted more gritty, morally ambiguous, but effective policing from dudes with "Regulator" tattoos and 249s ripping up cars on a gridlocked highway, re-watch the first one. This feels completely detached from the original in just about every way, but for a few return characters.
