Okay, so here’s the thing, House Flipper 1 was a GEM I happened upon about a year ago. I immediately fell in love with the whole process of it. The way you had to screw the sinks in, fixing the electrical outlets, the cleaning, the painting, the decorating…all of it! As soon as House Flipper 2 came out I immediately bought it! I was hoping for the exact same thing but with more modern style homes and obviously the sandbox mode. Don’t get me wrong it’s still a good game. But it’s lacking in some areas. Like for example, the lack of furniture. There’s SOOOOO many shelves, but like, 7 couches, and chairs. Having 7 rug options and most of them are a weird design… Some things I miss from the first one are THE MINI MAP, the easiness of the “quest board”, having a computer for the work and a separate tablet for the shopping, the assembly for the sinks, showers, and tubs, the way you paint and place flooring, my favorite thing, the little plant walls, those were in EVERY house I built, and they’re gone!…Some other things as well but I can’t think of everything… I haven’t made it very far in the game, I just unlocked being able to buy houses, but I really hope they have big houses available to buy. So far I only have small ones, and I like flipping the big houses lol. All in all, it’s a great game, but compared to the first one..unfortunately, you’re probably just better off buying all the DLCs for it and playing the first one… Hopefully they’ll add more furniture and stuff; even if it’s in a DLC.
