I absolutely this love this movie. When I was a child, I read Frankenstein repeatedly and when I see this movie, it reflects Mary Shelley's version and could serve as sequel to the book. Aaron Eckhart stood out to me because the way he behaved and acted was very much similar to how the Monster acted and behaved in the book. When I think of the Frankenstein's Monster, I think of Aaron Eckart's version, not the iconic flat toped, bolt necked Boris Karloff version (great movie, good portrayal). It can seem as though the people who made this movie did their research and read the book first.
I recommend this movie as a must see. It's entertaining, fun, and reflects the book that Mary Shelley wrote. If you love reading literature, I highly recommend this movie.
