All I can say is we waited for this remake for so many years and this is what they gave us. I hate how they use the word “faithful” to throw it in our faces. I was never more disappointed in a game in my entire life. We wanted a 3d recreation of Sinnoh on the switch, but instead we got a cheap, most likely rushed “chibi” remaster cash grab in return. I hope going forward TPC choose not to do any more remakes. Although they most likely will seeing the game is up to almost 15 million units sold, money talks. I’d much rather the wasted time to be focused on the new games and the Legends series that I hope they continue with. I can’t get over how dirty they did Sinnoh fans and I hope they don’t do the same to Unova fans. The only shining light I can observe is the grand underground, and even with that we could only put statues in our secret bases. I wish they took the ORAS approach by adding the quality of life features that emerald did but kept the Ruby and Sapphire story. Just play Pokemon Platinum.
