This book is a game changer. I never realized every input, physically and mentally, affects the physiology of our body. I have lost all 3 of my children and developed hypertension. As I read and study God's word I find perfect peace and blood pressure goes to normal. Prayers that I can stay in his rest until I am united with my family.
