The show tackles a really interesting subject, but unfortunately the execution falls flat. Instead of exploring the depth and complexity of the topic, it stays on the surface and never truly delivers on its potential. There are countless filler scenes that don’t add anything meaningful to the plot or to the core theme, which makes the pacing drag. The only real highlight here is the acting, the cast does a great job with what they’re given, but sadly the rest of the production doesn’t live up to it.

This movie is an insult to latinamerican people, directed by an arrogant French who knew nothing about us.

I know it's just entertainment, but this film is so unrealistic it almost feels like and insult to the audience intelligence. As soon as they took the stupid decision to climb that thing, there was no way I could possible emphasize with the characters.
