Honestly, it's mid. The animations are cool and smooth. The beginning of the story is a great attention hook but from the middle until the end, things just escalated really quickly with so many plot points left unexplored. This could easily be a 24 episode anime at least but with 12 episodes, everything feels very rushed. Things went from simple illegal gladiatorial battles for money to saving the universe from destruction.
