The 1978 Battlestar Galactica is one of the worst television endeavors I have ever seen. The writing is terrible and insulting, the themes so devoid of nuance that it will make you want to destroy your TV.
What little you can appreciate from an acting or technical standpoint is lost in the religious preaching you become subjected to.
Seriously, watching this was an still remains one of the worst decisions I have ever made.
