The game has the potential to be great. The open world is generally fun to explore, though it can be improved by better progress tracking of collectibles, and the track design for the 3 lap tracks is amazing. However, the recent change to online mode has made being able to play those greatly designed tracks impossible. I sadly cannot give a higher score to this game while online play, which is the main method of playing this game for many people, allows players to enjoy the amazing track design only 1/4 of the time at best.
