I love it. From the beginning, when you were learning the controls, it was such a beautiful open world with fantastic graphics. you start in London and see the buildings and architecture. A dragon is sighted before you get to Hogwarts itself. The quests and allies/friends you make are also AMAZING, especially when you do side quests with them later in the game. I also love how you're able to choose your own house and create your own character, and even your own wand! The length, core, and wood of the wand is your choice to make. Not to mention, around the map, there are chests with wand handles, my favorite is a blue and gold one, on my black wand. I chose Slytherin house, which is my favorite out of all 4 houses, (yes I've went through gameplay in each house, so I completed the story 4 times, which took about a year.) and I love how the unforgivable curses are included. I love the avada kedavra spell, it's even slottable. Also, there are spell sets. 4, you hold down RT (if you're on Xbox) and press A, B, Y, and X (if Xbox.) you can press the + button on the left side of the controller to switch to different spell sets. With a total of 16 slottable spells out of the total number of 23 spells, (5 attack, 4 control, 4 force, 4 charm, 3 transfiguration, and 3 curses. There's also, which doesn't count as spells, a bag which sucks in beasts, otherwise known as animals, you can put them in a special room of yours and feed them, pet them, and breed them, or you could sell them for 120 each. There's dozens of beasts in the game, but only 13 that are able to be obtained as pets.) last thing, there's brooms, which are very fast, go very high, have an incredible view, for a game at least, and they are really handy for travelling to other locations for quests or exploration. There are also mounts. First off is a hippogriff, if you don't know what that is, look up buckbeak in harry potter 3. It's a large animal with the front half of a bird and the back half of a horse, in which It's about the size of a horse. You can ride it on ground when it's running or walking, or you can soar the skies on it's back, it's like a broom, but not as fast. Although more fun. There's a white hippogriff, which is the one you unlock in the story, and a black one called an onyx hippogriff, which is a skin for the mount, which is no longer obtainable today, as it was a limited reward when pre-ordering the game. I have it, and I'll say it looks more majestic. The white one's name is highwing, and the black one is called caligo. There is also a thestral mount skin, which is obtainable by purchasing the dark arts pack, you can buy it on the normal edition of the game, or buy the deluxe edition, in which the pack is included. The dark arts pack gives you the thestral mount, (which is only available once you unlock highwing in "the high keep" quest and assign the skin) and an outfit, which includes a cloak, vest, gloves, hat, and mask. Those are the 3 flying mounts. There is also ONE ground mount that works similar to a horse, and it's called a graphorn, it's name is The Lord of The Shore, it has a special ability where it charges, and it's head glows yellow, the charge is also handy in smashing into enemies. that's my review. Sorry if it's too long lol. Anyways, point is, 10/10. Five stars easily
