My husband passed a few weeks ago and I was beside byself trying to find a way to declutter his clothes, sporting gear, books, shoes and computing stuff. A neighbour mentioned the company so I gave them a call. Wow, what a strong knowledgeable person Ms. Chu was. She came over and explained everything in great detail took pictures and asked the right questions. Her crew arrived, what an experience. They knew exactly what questions to ask and I sat down with them as they quickly went to work, always double checking. They had bags for donations and things to toss and things to keep. They understood the grief and got me feeling better, participating in decisions. The junk people came later and took it to the right people with a smile on their face, courteous, fast and caring. It was such a delightful experience, I wondered what I had been worried about. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Thoroughly impressed with their work, knowledge and experience. The cleaning crew will come in a few days. Thank you for keeping all your promises, it was delightful being around your helpers.
