One of the worst movies I have watched recently. Couldn't even get through halfway. I understand trying to be camp, but this was cringe. I wished they did a better job for Y2K based movies.

I’ll give you a more concrete criticism. Major issue for me that stood out the most was the acting. Everyone seems like they are on broadway. Either that or the director has failed at their job to create more natural expressions from the cast. Second, the writers. Please make sure to not use AI for your work. It is very noticeable, especially in the second season, how every line does not feel thought out. An example of a line from season 2 episode 1 “a bunch of us will be at the park yall should slide through”. Which park? What bunch? They have just met one second ago. “Word of advice.. don’t overuse the word Bussin” “bussin is retro” Thirdly, the music choices. Not all scenes need BGM of a trendy hiphop song. Create more natural spookier environment with just ambient music. Literally just percussions could even do the job. It does nothing to the environment when Million Dollar Baby is playing when the teens arrived at a spooky house.
