An OK kids film, but seemed forced to me. It didn’t make sense that Gru wouldn’t tell his twin Dru where he was going, as he would have helped protect the family. Dr Nefario also should have had a bigger part, as well as Gru’s mum, who is trained in martial arts. The plot line with the next door neighbour’s kid was also a bit weird as well- Gru wouldn’t allow himself to be blackmailed by a kid lol. They could have taken more time with this film. It had the potential to be a good film.
