Completely pro ISI and anti RAW and anti India. Even anti BJP and anti Hindu, strangely. Strange for a book on spies to take such a position. But probably explained by background of the authors. It was probably sponsored by ISI and designed to give a very clever clearance to ISI for some of the worst terrorist atrocities committed in India. That said, even a ISI sponsored book has lots to learn from. Read it, but with objective skepticism.
